Budget: INR 27,000 in hand + 5k PLI We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused executive to handle inbound/outbound customer queries while ensuring smooth coordination with our operations team and delivery riders. If you're someone who can think on your feet and ensure every pickup and delivery is seamless — we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with professionalism and empathy Coordinate pickup/delivery schedules with field riders in real time Liaise with the plant/operations team to resolve order issues or delays Ensure daily order flow is smooth and timely Follow up on service feedback and escalate complaints when needed Maintain logs of customer interactions and update CRM systems Support the CRM team in maintaining high service standards Required Skills: Strong communication (Hindi & English) Basic tech skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.) Ability to multitask and manage rider and ops team coordination Problem-solving mindset with a calm attitude Prior experience in a service or logistics role is a plus 📩 To apply: Share your resume at hr@clouddhobi.com or share your resume at +91 97737 66066 Show more Show less
