Key Qualifications

✅ 3–5 years of experience in Customer Experience/Customer Service

✅ Excellent communication and empathy-driven service orientation

✅ Must reside in Jaipur (hybrid option available)

✅ Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare experience a plus
