Overview: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will primarily handle inbound order calls, ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Since 90% of our callers speak Punjabi, fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is essential. Key Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of inbound customer calls for order placement. Ensure accuracy and efficiency when processing food orders. Answer customer queries regarding menu, promotions, and store locations. Communicate clearly and respectfully in Punjabi, Hindi, and English. Resolve customer concerns or route them to the appropriate team member if required. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and ongoing promotions. Record order details and customer feedback with accuracy. Required Skills: Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English (spoken). Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer service or call center role. Familiarity with POS/order management systems.
