We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can find, engage, and bring in top-notch talent to fuel our growth. What You Will Do Own the end-to-end hiring process – from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Build a strong talent pipeline by leveraging multiple channels—LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and beyond. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates and ensure the best fit for our team. Optimize hiring processes by improving efficiency, reducing time-to-hire, and maintaining data-driven recruitment strategies. Champion employer branding—engage candidates with compelling content, events, and outreach.
