Job Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-obsessed Customer Delight Manager to elevate our customer experience and ensure exceptional satisfaction across every interaction.
In this role, you will lead our customer delight function, strengthen customer relationships, resolve escalations, and design processes that consistently exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership abilities, a customer-first mindset, and a proven track record of enhancing customer journeys and building high-performing service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
Handle escalations, complaints, and high-priority cases with empathy and efficiency.
Build strong relationships with customers to drive trust and long-term engagement.
Implement customer delight initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and process improvements.
Lead, train, and motivate the customer support team to achieve excellence.
Analyze service metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve customer issues.
Manage CRM and service workflows to ensure accurate tracking and timely resolutions.
Set team goals, monitor performance, and drive productivity.
Adapt quickly to operational challenges and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Must Have
2-5 years of proven experience in customer support, customer success, or service leadership roles.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
Ability to lead teams, manage escalations, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
Passion for creating memorable customer experiences and fostering long-term loyalty.
