Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary:AYMRK Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our dynamic Customer Support & Sales team. As a Telecaller (Sales & Support), you will be the voice of the company—handling customer queries, providing product information, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain company services and generate interest. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their queries regarding products or services. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate advertising and tech solutions. Follow up with leads regularly to drive conversions and achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback using CRM software. Support customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Participate in regular training sessions to improve communication and sales skills. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer onboarding. Skills & Requirements: Good communication skills in English, Tamil, or regional languages. Basic knowledge of using a computer or willingness to learn. Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a sales environment. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
