Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Assist customers with product-related queries, order status, returns, and exchanges.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Provide clear and concise information regarding company policies, procedures, and products.
Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are addressed and needs are met.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service or domestic call centre role.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with customer service software/CRM tools.
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to assist customers.
Prior experience in a Customer Care team will be an added advantage.
Consistent attendance and reliability are essential.
