We also offer salwar suits, men's silk shirts, men's dhotis, and a variety of jewellery including necklaces, earrings, and bracelets.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of communication with customers. Additionally, the role involves supporting sales activities by assisting customers with their purchase decisions and product information.
• Need staff to handle WhatsApp and Instagram messages from our customers. NO SALE TARGET.
• Basic computer and Excel skill need.
• 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM | Monday to Saturday | Sunday Week-OFF
