• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (56 days working depending on process)
• Immediate joiners preferred
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support or telesales processes.
• Understand customer needs, provide accurate solutions, or pitch relevant products/services.
• Convert leads and achieve assigned sales or service targets.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while resolving customer concerns.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet performance KPIs including quality, productivity, and conversion goals.

  15,000 25,000 CTC (Freshers: 15,000 19,000 CTC depending on communication)

• South Delhi:

  Up to 35,000 CTC (Must be a

  graduate with minimum 1 year of relevant BPO experience

  required with excellent communication)
