We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and analytics tools. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing website content, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic to enhance our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and search trends. Optimize website content, metadata, images, and structure for search engines (on-page SEO). Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies (link building, outreach, etc.). Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly. Perform competitor analysis and recommend SEO strategies to improve rankings. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to improve SEO performance. Provide regular reports on website performance, traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics. Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors. Optimize content for local SEO if applicable (e.g., Google My Business, local citations). Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. Experience with website analytics and reporting tools. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce SEO strategies. Familiarity with paid search (PPC) and SEM campaigns. Knowledge of backlinking strategies and domain authority management. Basic understanding of UX/UI design and its impact on SEO. Certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or related areas is a plus.
