We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take charge of our clients’ digital voices, craft engaging campaigns, and grow online communities across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor, Analyse, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions).
• Identify trends, track competitor activity, and leverage opportunities for brand visibility.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and build meaningful community engagement.
• Stay updated on latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
