Cortex Media Marketing is a fast-growing digital agency helping brands scale their presence with innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our digital initiatives, manage a team, and deliver measurable results across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid ads.
• Lead a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators to deliver campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Optimise ROI across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3-4 proven experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Data-driven mind-set with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Understanding of creative strategy and brand positioning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
