As a Digital Marketing Manager at Cortex Media & Marketing Pvt. Ltd., a prominent healthcare digital marketing agency based in Chennai, India, you will play a vital role in leading the digital marketing division. Cortex specializes in healthcare branding and marketing, catering to hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners across South India through innovative and results-driven campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to devise and execute digital marketing strategies for our healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and doctors. You will be tasked with overseeing multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring clarity, precision, and timely delivery. Additionally, your role will involve mentoring and training a team of entry-level digital marketing graduates, establishing internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient execution. The ideal candidate for this role is expected to have 3-8 years of digital marketing experience within an agency setting. A strong command of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, content strategy, and analytics is essential. You should possess a deep understanding of the digital requirements of the healthcare industry and adhere to ethical marketing practices. In your capacity as Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will oversee Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO initiatives, and healthcare-specific online visibility practices. It is crucial to stay informed about healthcare compliance regulations, content sensitivity, and platform policies to ensure ethical promotional activities. Excellent leadership skills are crucial for this role, as you will be responsible for guiding, managing, and training a team of junior digital marketers. Your ability to develop SOPs, streamline workflows, and meet delivery timelines will be pivotal for the success of the digital marketing division. Strong communication skills in English and Tamil are a prerequisite for effective internal and external stakeholder interactions. As part of the job requirements, you must be available for a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, working in person at our Chennai office.
