Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

As a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager at Igxact Soft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing digital initiatives, driving results, and ensuring seamless project execution across various marketing channels. You will serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, coordinating effectively between SEO, content, design, social media, and performance marketing teams to streamline execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and executing end-to-end digital marketing projects within scope and budget. - Facilitating communication with overseas clients through Zoom, calls, and chats. - Defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements for successful campaign management. - Regularly updating clients on project progress, providing insights and recommendations. - Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. - Maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing assets. - Identifying potential risks and proactively managing issues to ensure smooth execution. - Collaborating with strategy and creative teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Qualifications Required: - Fluent in English. - Minimum 5 years of experience in client communication via Zoom, calls, and chats, upselling, and team handling. - Minimum 6 years of experience in email marketing.
