Digital Marketing Team Lead

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee and guide our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, and driving measurable growth across digital platforms. You will lead a team of specialists in SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing, and analytics to execute integrated digital strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Define KPIs, establish benchmarks, and create quarterly roadmaps. Lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution across digital channels. Supervise content marketing and SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings. Collaborate with writers and SEO specialists for optimized content delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven success managing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email. Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
