Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our clients’ and in-house social media presence. This role involves creating, scheduling, and optimizing social media posts and reels, engaging with followers, and tracking performance across platforms to drive brand awareness and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning & Posting
• Plan monthly social media calendars.
• Post and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Community Engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and DMs promptly.
• Build positive engagement with followers and potential leads.
• Trend Integration
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and viral moments.
• Suggest and execute trend-based content for better reach.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers).
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Collaboration
• Work with content writers, designers, and video editors to execute campaigns.
• Support ad campaigns by coordinating with the performance marketing team.
• Brand Consistency
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all posts.
• Maintain a consistent tone, style, and visual identity across platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design and trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in social media management (freshers passionate about social media can also apply).
• Graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
