Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.

Experience

  • Should have minimum 03-05 years experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Content creation and management: Researching, creating, and curating engaging content (text, images, video) for various platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Content scheduling: Publishing and scheduling posts at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Community management: Monitoring comments, direct messages, and mentions, and responding to followers to build community and address inquiries.
  • Performance analysis: Tracking and analyzing key metrics, such as engagement and reach, using analytics tools to report on performance and inform future strategies.
  • Trend monitoring: Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content relevant.
  • Campaign execution: Assisting with or executing social media marketing campaigns and potentially managing paid advertising.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as designers and copywriters, to ensure brand consistency across all social media efforts.
