We are hiring for customer service for multinational bpo in Kolkata location!!

Role : Customer Care Executive
Salary : 16k ctc to 22k ctc
6 working days

Role & responsibilities

Handle incoming customer queries via
live chat
and
voice calls
in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Provide information about products, services, or policies as needed.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Adhere to company protocols, security policies, and quality assurance standards.

Preferred candidate profile :

Graduate fresher and undergraduate with minimum 1 year of experience can apply.
Should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Candidates should be proficient in English.
