We are hiring for Customer care executive at Noida Salary : Upto 3.5 LPA 6 Working days Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in a professional and courteous manner. Manage real-time chat conversations with customers while maintaining accuracy and empathy. Identify and understand customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions. Resolve product or service-related issues within the defined turnaround time. Escalate complex queries to senior team members or relevant departments as needed. Follow-up on unresolved customer issues and ensure complete resolution. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Ensure clear and concise communication, both verbal and written, adhering to company tone and policy. Preferred candidate profile Any graduate or undergraduate candidate can apply. Candidates must have proficiency and fluency in english. Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
