Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their queries and concerns. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation. Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in BPO voice process (inbound/outbound) or similar industry. Excellent communication skills in English language with ability to articulate thoughts clearly over the phone. Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements. Interview location: Teleperformance, Plot 96/97, Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Sector 18.
