Customer Care Executive

Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: Kolkata Department: Customer Service / Operations Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer complaints and issues within agreed timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide product/service information to customers and assist them in making decisions. Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department and follow up until closure. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and effective service. Meet performance targets such as call handling, quality scores, and customer satisfaction metrics. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate / Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with experience. 0–2 years of experience in a customer support / BPO role (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as applicable). Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
