Job Description

Company: Linen Trail (Fashion E-commerce Brand) | LinenTrail.com

Location: Ayyanthole, Thrissur


Requirement : Located within 10km to Ayyanthole, Thrissur


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through channels such as Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a calm, empathetic, and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Team:Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Monitor and track shipments, providing customers with up-to-date information on their order status.

Assist in resolving any shipping or delivery issues in coordination with the logistics team.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage customer feedback.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualities:

Multilingual Skills:Must be fluent in Hindi and English.

Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu is highly desirable.

Communication Skills:Written Communication: Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally in emails and written messages.

Verbal Communication: Ability to speak clearly and empathetically with customers via phone or voice messages.

Listening Skills: Must actively listen to understand customer issues and respond appropriately.

Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with WhatsApp, email platforms, and other related communication tools.

Basic understanding of CRM systems would be a plus.

Problem-Solving Abilities:Ability to identify, assess, and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Mature and Calm Personality:Must remain composed under pressure and demonstrate empathy and patience with customers.

Should display a positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Teamwork:Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Understanding of Linen Trail's Products:Knowledge of Linen Trail's pure linen clothing line, or the ability to quickly learn the details, to accurately address customer inquiries.

Experience:Previous customer support or related experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Education:A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in using WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
