Role Overview (Elevator Pitch):

Key Responsibilities:

Elite Linen Styling Service

• Lead one-on-one and small-group styling sessions.
• Advise clients on fabric, fit, and outfit curation using our linen line.
• Track session metrics & drive upsell via personalized recommendations.

Product Development & Design Input

• Translate garment sketches into clear tech-pack notes.
• Collaborate with pattern makers to refine cuts, drape, and construction.
• Provide feedback on fabric sourcing, trims, and fit samples.

Content & Marketing Collaboration

• Conceptualize and assist in photo/video shoots (mood boards, set styling).
• Draft brief scripts or shot lists for social media reels and tutorials.
• Generate styling tips or mini-editorials for our blog and newsletter.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  1–2 years in fashion design, styling, or related roles.

• Skills:

  Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; strong sketching or CAD aptitude.

• Attributes:

  Exceptional eye for proportion & texture, client-facing confidence, proactive problem solving.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with linen or natural fabrics.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base Salary:

  ₹25,000–₹30,000/month (up to ₹35,000 for exceptional candidates).

• ELSS Incentive:

  Commission on sales generated through styling sessions.

• Work Hours:

  Full time, on-site with a lean, collaborative team.
