  • Support the customer through an email ticketing system and phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

  • Calling customers and taking feedback from customers about the products and services.
