Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilising phone etiquette to enhance the customer experience.
• Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues effectively.
• Employ upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
• Analyse customer feedback and trends to provide insights for improving service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer queries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, showcasing strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual candidates are highly valued).
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage positively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing our capacity to serve a broader clientele.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
