Role Overview: As a member of GET Global Group, you will be responsible for database management and data quality enhancement. Your main tasks will include reviewing incoming emails related to resume IDs, adding candidates to the database, updating profiles with appropriate notes, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of candidate profiles. Key Responsibilities: - Review each incoming email on Resume ID and take appropriate actions such as responding, reviewing CVs, updating notes, and following up with operations team members. - Add candidates to the database by uploading fresh profiles and moving duplicate records to the appropriate profiles. - Add relevant notes to profiles including candidate email notes and other identifications, and clean up duplicate profiles. - Characterize each profile by accurately filling up all 70 fields with the candidate's information in detail to enable better data analytics and search capabilities.
