As a Customer Care Agent at Vmedia India, you will play a crucial role in responding to customer inquiries and issues related to their VMedia account. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer questions through inbound calls, making outbound calls to address account issues and promote VMedia services, and upselling VMedia TV, Internet, and Home Phone services. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues about their VMedia account and services primarily through inbound phone calls - Make outbound calls to current and new customers to address account issues and promote VMedia services - Analyze account information to effectively respond to customer questions and provide solutions - Upsell VMedia services and equipment to customers - Demonstrate active listening skills to address customer issues and objections professionally - Collaborate effectively with team members and other functional areas - Adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility with non-business hour requirements Qualifications Required: - Graduates with 1-2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer service or sales - Prior experience working in an international call center for at least 12 months is advantageous - Excellent oral and written English language skills with proper telephone etiquette - Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills - Professional, personable, and courteous demeanor with a focus on delivering excellent customer service - Previous experience in the Canadian or US market is a plus - Awareness and understanding of IPTV, Internet, and VOIP phone services would be beneficial,
