As a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will play a vital role in handling customer inquiries promptly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with prompt and accurate responses - Adhering to a 9-hour shift schedule in the office, resolving customer issues within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) - Logging and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the internal system To excel in this role, you are required to: - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Show willingness to work in rotational day or night shifts based on business needs - Be comfortable with an on-site role and working from the office - Commit to a 9-hour workday, 5 to 6 days a week Additionally, you should be available for immediate joining with no major planned time off in the next 23 months.
