Job profile:

• Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-focused support.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly via email and calls.
• Take ownership of issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to address customer questions accurately.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Follow company communication guidelines and policies.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and queries.
• Be flexible to work in a blended process and adapt to cross-training across lines of business.

Location - Firstcry Office, 4th Floor, Plot no 21, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, UK.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,618.00 - ₹14,200.00 per month
