Roles and responsibilities: Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards work. Responding promptly to customer queries. Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating whenever required. Communicating with customer through various channels (Emails & Calls). Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
