Job Description

1. Required (Must Have) skills: Good Communication skills (Written & Verbal). Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers. Good comprehension skills- Ability to clearly understand and state the customer’s issue’s. Quick decision maker and fast learner. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with leaders. Organized and team player. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Ability to use a desktop computer system. Must have, basic computer knowledge (Basic excel and Ms-word) With Typing speed of 25 to 30 wpm. 2. Roles and responsibilities: Maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards work. Responding promptly to customer queries. Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating whenever required. Communicating with customer through various channels (Emails & Calls). Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
