About the Role:
We are hiring Calling Staff for a pharmaceutical company. The role involves making and receiving calls, coordinating with clients/customers, maintaining basic records, and supporting daily communication activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and attend inbound calls professionally
Communicate product or company information clearly
Maintain call records and basic data on computer systems
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
Minimum education: Graduation
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
Good communication skills
Polite and professional calling manner
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
(based on performance & experience)
