You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and account issues, promoting VMedia services, and building customer relationships. Your main tasks will include: - Addressing customer questions and issues through inbound and outbound calls - Promoting VMedia services and equipment to customers - Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries - Analyzing account information to effectively respond to customer queries - Demonstrating excellent listening and communication skills - Working collaboratively with team members and other departments - Adapting to a fast-paced environment and demonstrating flexibility in non-business hours if required To qualify for this position, you should have: - A graduate degree with 1-2+ years of relevant work experience - Prior experience in customer service and sales, preferably in an international call center - Excellent English language skills (oral and written) and telephone etiquette - Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills - Professional and courteous demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional service - Knowledge of IPTV, Internet, and VOIP phone services will be beneficial - Previous experience in the Canadian or US market is an asset This role offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in enhancing customer experience and driving the growth of VMedia in Canada.
