Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at our company, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve client queries related to trading, demat accounts, and transactions. You will address and resolve complaints related to order execution, fund transfers, margin issues, or statements. Additionally, you will assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the account activation process. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with internal departments for issue resolution, following up with clients for feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It is essential to have hands-on experience with Excel. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate/Post Graduate - 1-2 years of relevant experience Please note that this position is open only for female candidates.
