Key Responsibilities:

• Client Registration & Portal Management:

  Manage company registrations and profile updates on client procurement portals.

• Opportunity Tracking & Analysis:

  Monitor portals and industry bulletins for relevant RFQs and RFPs.

• Bid Coordination & Management:

  Analyze tender documents, categorize requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.

• Proposal & Bid Submission:

  Ensure timely collection of info, compile bid packages, perform commercial calculations, and submit bids on time.

• Market & Client Research:

  Research clients, market trends, and opportunities for strategic decisions.

• Commercial Database Management:

  Maintain a database of proposals, pricing, and bid outcomes for future analysis.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Good understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, especially OFS and Operator business models.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination across teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP/procurement portals (e.g., SAP Ariba) preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
