- Basic grasp of supply chain concepts (stock planning, demand forecasting)

- Strong verbal and written communication for cross-team coordination
- Negotiation skills to handle vendors, deals, and commercial discussions
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
What will you do
1. Strategic Partner Identification:
- Conduct market research to identify potential brand partners that align with our brand values, target audience, and business objectives.
- Evaluate and prioritize partnerships based on strategic fit and potential for mutual growth.
2. Negotiation and Onboarding:
- Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms, mutually beneficial agreements, and a clear understanding of deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive contracts outlining expectations, exclusivities, and promotional commitments.
3. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective brand partners.
- Act as the main point of contact, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive successful partnerships.
4. Collaborative Marketing Initiatives:
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns, co-branded promotions, and other initiatives.
- Leverage partner resources and assets to enhance our marketing efforts.
5. Product Collaboration and Exclusives:
- Work closely with product teams to explore opportunities for exclusive product collaborations or limited-edition releases.
- Ensure that new offerings align with market trends and resonate with our customer base.
6. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track and analyze the performance of brand partnerships, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of brand partnerships into overall business strategies.
