You should apply if you have: 6-9 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing. Proven success managing and scaling brand social media accounts. Prior experience with influencers, especially in health, wellness, or fitness (strong plus). Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the influencer ecosystem. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A creative mindset to design and execute engaging content strategies. Analytical abilities to track and optimize performance. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and influencer management platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: Experience using basic design/video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). You should not apply if you: Lack of familiarity with influencer and social media analytics tools. Don t stay updated on evolving social media trends, algorithms, or influencer marketing strategies. Prefer rigid work structures and feel uncomfortable in dynamic, collaborative environments. Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers aligned with the brand s voice and audience. Manage influencer outreach, contracts, deliverables, and ensure timely payments. Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to ensure brand-aligned content. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to optimize performance and ROI. Track and analyze metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions. Manage community engagement through DMs, comments, and active interaction. Provide data-driven reports and recommendations for improvement.
