You ll help create high-quality visual collaterals including presentations, brochures, emailers, social posts, and landing pages while working closely with senior team members While the role includes digital and brand related design, we are especially looking for someone comfortable executing keting and print assets such as one-pagers, ks, and brochures The ideal candi combines strong visual storytelling with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, leverages AI design tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Collateral DesignDesign visually engaging assets: presentations, brochures, flyers, emailers, social media posts and landing pages Work with existing design templates and help build new reusable onesTranslate written content into clear, appealing visuals (content design thinking)Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs Create and up high-impact presentations on Google SlidesMaintain brand consistency and hierarchy in layout, fonts, and visuals AI & Design ToolsUse AI tools to generate images, explore layout ideas, and critique or refine your own work Continuously explore new tools to speed up visual workflowsCollaboration & ExecutionWork closely with the senior designer and keting team to meet design needsAccept feedback constructively and iterate quicklyManage multiple design tasks with reliability and attention to detailSkills, Traits & QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of graphic design experience Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong presentation design skills, preferably using Google SlidesAbility to translate content into clean, compelling visual formatsSolid understanding of design principles: layout, color theory, typography, spacing (especially for dark themes)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive and self-sufficient in managing design work and creative problem-solvingAccountable and deadline-oriented; delivers reliably with minimal follow-upsHigh attention to detail and consistency across deliverablesEagerness to learn and continuously improveBenefitsA competitive salary and performance-driven growth opportunitiesA defined career path with advancement potential to Senior Designer and Creative Lead rolesFlexible working hours and a focus on work-life balanceMedical and accident insurance, with additional health benefitsMeal and travel allowancesA supportive and collaborative work environmentWeekly team engagement activities and off-site eventsContinuous learning opportunities and exposure to new technologies">
