We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Deck Designer to join our growing team at ProClime Services Private Limited, a mission-driven climate company. This role is ideal for a visual communicator who thrives on transforming complex content into engaging presentations and branded documents. You will work closely with the Creative Lead - Art & Graphic Design, Business Development, Leadership, and cross-functional teams to design compelling PowerPoint decks, proposals, reports, and infographics that align with our brand identity and clearly and professionally communicate our climate impact. Roles & Responsibilities: Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and PDF proposals that align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Head of Design and internal stakeholders to create materials for both internal use and external client engagement. Convert technical or data-heavy content into visually engaging charts, graphs, infographics, and icons. Maintain visual consistency, logical structure, and brand alignment across all design deliverables. Incorporate feedback swiftly and efficiently to adapt, revise, and finalize materials under tight timelines. Support the development of design templates and reusable content libraries for consistency and efficiency. Manage version control and maintain an organized file and asset management system. Skills & Qualifications: Microsoft PowerPoint Strong expertise in creating clean, professional, and branded presentations. Proficient in using slide masters, animations, transitions, and interactive elements. Skilled in incorporating charts, graphs, icons, images, and videos. Experience in preparing decks for both digital presentations and print-ready formats. Microsoft Word Experienced in creating well-structured and branded documents, reports, and templates. Skilled in styles, page layout, formatting, and corporate-level documentation. Adobe Creative Suite Good working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop for custom graphic and infographic creation. Experience in Figma is a plus, especially for collaborative design and interface-related assets. General Microsoft Office Familiar with extracting and formatting Excel data for use in presentations and reports. Ability to export and prepare documents for PDF or print production Other Requirements: 2\u20134 years of professional experience in a presentation design or visual communications role. Prior work in consulting, an agency, or a corporate is an advantage. Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to structure, narrative, and brand voice. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Comfortable incorporating executive-level feedback and iterating quickly. High level of attention to detail, organisation, and time management. Passion for design with purpose\u2014especially in climate, sustainability, and impact communications.
