Role & responsibilities

  • Handle

    international non-voice interactions

    (Email/Chat/Back-office)
  • Resolve customer queries accurately within defined

    SLAs and quality standards

  • Maintain

    excellent written communication

    and professional tone.
  • Ensure

    process, data security, and compliance adherence

    .
  • Update customer records and document interactions accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Minimum

    1 year experience

    in

    international customer support (Non-Voice preferred)

  • Excellent

    written English communication skills

  • Clear

    EPFO records

    with

    no absconding history

  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • 5 days working 2 week offs
  • 1 way cab (upto 25kms )
