Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead to join our team at KG Invicta Services (KGiS), with 2-5 years of experience in the Recruitment/Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and TIB, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead a team of professionals in achieving business objectives.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and improve processes.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure team success.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in CRM and TIB, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
