Job Description

Job Summary

The CRM role is essential in managing and enhancing customer relationships to drive business growth. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen understanding of customer needs, market trends, and effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to ensure effectiveness.
Support team members on CRM tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
Strong Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Skills And Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree
CRM certification is a plus.

Language

English and HindiSalary Range: INR25,000 To INR30,000 (Based on performance and skills)
