Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, ensuring a positive employee experience while contributing to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives. Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Participate in employee engagement and retention strategies. Required Qualifications : 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with HRIS systems and knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus. Skills And Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Education and Certifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
