CRM Executive / Officer (Backend – Mall Operations)

Job Purpose

The CRM Executive (Backend) will be responsible for managing customer data, CRM systems, reports, and coordination to support mall operations, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is non-customer-facing and requires strong analytical and operational CRM experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage customer databases and CRM software
• Ensure accuracy, hygiene, and regular updating of customer records
• Generate CRM reports related to footfall, customer profiling, and campaign performance
• Support marketing teams with backend data for promotions, events, and loyalty programs
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for CRM-related data requirements
• Track customer feedback, complaints, and resolution status (system-based)
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
• Ensure data security and confidentiality as per company standards
• Assist in automating CRM processes and improving system efficiency

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data management
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good coordination and documentation skills
• Understanding of mall or retail CRM workflows preferred

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Business / Commerce / Management or related field
• 3–5 years of backend CRM experience (mall / retail / real estate preferred)
• Experience working with marketing or mall operations teams is an advantage
