Job Title: CRM Manager – Real Estate Location: HLP Galleria, Sector 62, Mohali Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role

We are hiring a proactive and experienced CRM Manager to join our real estate team at HLP Galleria, Mohali. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, ensure post-sales service excellence, and coordinate across departments to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication post-booking to possession
• Maintain and update CRM software with accurate client data
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, and site teams for documentation and handovers
• Track payment schedules, agreements, and registration timelines
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and client status updates
• Organize site visits, possession events, and client meetings
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client servicing (real estate preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of real estate documentation, RERA compliance, and handover processes
