CRM Manager

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Talwarsons Jewellers located in Sec-22, Chandigarh, your role will involve the following tasks: - Solve queries regarding the products through telecommunication and effectively convert them into sales. - Inform customers about our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. - Handle both inbound and outbound calls proficiently to provide seamless customer service. - Proactively reach out to customers for feedback to improve our products and services. - Support the team by assisting in creating reports and analyzing data to enhance business strategies. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Proficiency in spoken and written English, with confidence in customer-facing interactions. - Basic knowledge of computers, including Excel and Google Sheets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers effectively.
