Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage CRM systems – workflows, automation, segmentation. Maintain accurate and updated client data. Collaborate with sales/marketing for lead tracking and campaigns. Drive client retention through timely communication. Generate reports and insights on pipeline and customer behavior. Requirements 2–6 years of CRM experience (startup or financial services preferred). Strong knowledge of CRM tools and client segmentation. Analytical mindset and clear communication. Exposure to MSME clients is a bonus.
