Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Data Management: Collect, organize, and manage customer information, including contact details, purchase history, service records, and preferences, to gain comprehensive customer insights.
  • Service and Lead Management: Track leads through the service funnel, and collaborate with service teams to use customer data for personalized Service interactions and to meet service targets.
  • Marketing and Communication: Work with marketing to develop and implement personalized campaigns based on customer profiles, driving engagement and promoting new products or services.
  • Customer Service and Support: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively across various channels, such as email, phone, and social media.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: Implement strategies and programs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, which encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth marketing.
  • After-Service Support: Manage customer relationships during the ownership journey, including scheduling service appointments and providing support for ongoing vehicle needs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for revenue generation.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and service departments to align strategies and provide a seamless customer experience.
