Key Responsibilities: Customer Management: Serve as the main point of contact from booking to handover. Address inquiries and resolve customer issues, including support for NRI clients. Documentation & Coordination: Prepare and manage documentation (booking forms, agreements). Ensure legal compliance with the assistance of the legal team. Payment & Loan Coordination: Oversee payment collection and reminders. Coordinate home loan applications and disbursements with banks. Customer Handover & Support: Manage the handover process, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Provide ongoing support post-handover, resolving any issues. Reporting & Communication: Maintain records of interactions and payments. Provide updates and reports to senior management.
