Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CRM Manager to join our team in Sector 56, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and a strong background in customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage post-sales customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless communication and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including client information and payment receipts.
Generate reports and dashboards for management review and provide insights for business growth.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Ensure timely possession, snag list, and final settlement with clients.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities are essential to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer service orientation is needed to handle complaints and concerns professionally.
Proficiency in CRM tools/software and MS Office is expected to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Knowledge of RERA processes is an added advantage to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
A graduate or MBA degree is preferred, with prior experience in CRM in the real estate industry being mandatory.
