CRM Manager

Bottmac India Private Limited is looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to oversee client interactions, manage invoicing, payment collections, and ensure seamless coordination across departments for successful project execution. The ideal candidate should excel in client handling, team management, problem-solving, and addressing client queries while maintaining strong documentation and tracking skills.

Location: Ghaziabad, India (Bottmac India Private Limited)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Payment Collection & Follow-up

Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up with clients to meet deadlines.

Oversee the end-to-end payment collection process, from invoicing to tracking receipts.

Address payment-related concerns and delays effectively.

Invoice Preparation & Management

Prepare and dispatch accurate Proforma Invoices to clients.

Track invoice deliveries via email or courier and confirm receipt.

Resolve any invoicing discrepancies.

Bank Guarantee Management

Manage bank guarantees documentation as per project needs.

Follow up on timely submission and renewal of guarantees.

Project Documentation

Ensure proper handover documentation is prepared at each project phase.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering.

2-3 years of experience in payment collection, invoicing, or administration.

Expertise in Google Sheets and Excel for tracking and data management.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.

Ability to multitask and resolve client concerns efficiently.
